
If problems are detected then the troubleshooter will try to resolve the issue. This will diagnose your system and detects any problems that might be preventing any Windows Store apps from working correctly.
Scroll down to the bottom and select Windows Store Apps. Click Update & security then Troubleshoot. Press Windows Key+X and select Settings. This process will not take more than a few seconds. Resetting the iTunes will reinstall the app and revert to its default settings.
